A kurzusdesigner mint felsőoktatási szereplő: szakmai-identitás formálódás és szerepátfedések az oktatói gyakorlatban

A felsőoktatásban az utóbbi évtizedekben lezajlott változások következtében egyre nagyobb hangsúlyt kap a kurzusok
tudatos, pedagógiailag megalapozott tervezése. Ennek hatására új szakmai szereplők jelentek meg az oktatásfejlesztésben,
köztük a kurzusdesigner, aki az oktatói szerep változásával párhuzamosan vált kulcsszereplővé.
A tanulmány célja a kurzusdesigner felsőoktatási szerepének értelmezése, szakmai identitásának vizsgálata és az
oktatóval való szerepátfedések feltárása, tekintettel az együttműködés különböző formáira. A tanulmány a nemzetközi
szakirodalomra – különösen White, Drysdale, Hart, valamint Slade és munkatársai munkáira – támaszkodva
mutatja be a kurzusdesigner kompetenciáit, működési modelljeit, valamint a szakma hazai kihívásait és
lehetőségeit. A szerzők arra is rámutatnak, hogy a kurzusdesignerek hatékony integrációja a felsőoktatási intézményekben
nem csupán technikai vagy szervezeti, hanem a tanulás minőségéhez és az oktatók szakmai támogatásához
kapcsolódó stratégiai kérdés is.
