The central theme of the methodological idea is to help career guidance, focusing on a profession that is in short supply: the female tailor. During the implementation of the project, I used the method of gamification, using MotiMore, a software that can be used in a school environment, which greatly strengthens the motivation of students with the gamified evaluation method. During the project, I consider the development of the students' digital skills to be a priority task, which, in addition to adapting to the expectations of the current generation, also contributes to the students' future prosperity and career choice. After we encourage our students to self-awareness in the tuning and input measurement, and we gather together the expectations of the participants, we create a competitive situation with a four-round competition. During the competition, 21st century skills such as cooperation, knowledge building, problem solving, and confident use of digital tools will come to the fore. During the competition, students collect points in groups, while collecting a lot of useful information about the difficulties and advantages of the female tailoring profession, occupational safety, necessary tools, work processes, etc. A whole round deals with dual training, and what it takes to become a successful professional? Varied, creative activities ensure the maintenance of motivation. The children put together an online puzzle, match, group, decide on true and false statements, read Qr codes, watch short films, etc. As an additional task, they create a meme, edit a business card, get a taste of marketing, design an avatar, etc. The digital diary of the project is an online bulletin board, where students upload the completed products, where their evaluation is easy and transparent.
